By using ShowSavant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this site. We have tried to keep them plain and short.

ShowSavant is a personal tracker for the shows and movies you watch. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app grows.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. If you would like to delete your account and your data, just reach out on the Contact page and we will take care of it.

ShowSavant offers optional paid memberships, Standard and Plus. Both are auto-renewing subscriptions, and you can pay monthly or yearly. A membership unlocks Ask Sava, every real-time alert, Catch Up, all appearance themes, and a higher limit on how many shows and movies you can track.

Your first 7 days are free. A new account starts on a 7-day trial with no card required. The trial includes everything a membership offers, with a smaller monthly allowance for Ask Sava. When the trial ends your account moves to the free plan unless you choose to become a member.

What the free plan includes. The free plan keeps the Sunday weekly digest and the Blue and Black appearance themes. Ask Sava, the other real-time alerts, Catch Up, and the remaining themes come with a membership.

What each plan tracks: the free plan and the trial track up to 20 titles. Standard tracks up to 100 titles. Plus is unlimited. The only differences between Standard and Plus are the title limit and the size of the monthly Ask Sava allowance. Every other feature is the same.

Billing. Memberships are sold and billed through your Apple Account on the App Store. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase, and your subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Prices. The App Store shows the exact price at the moment of purchase, and prices can vary by country. ShowSavant does not set or quote those prices in the app.

Managing or cancelling. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account subscription settings, which is the only place a subscription bought through the App Store can be cancelled. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

If your membership ends. If you cancel or your membership lapses, your account returns to the free plan. If you are tracking more than 20 titles at that point, ShowSavant keeps your 20 most recent and sets the rest aside for 90 days, so you can pick up right where you were if you rejoin. You can download a copy of your full list first, and once the 90 days pass the set-aside titles are removed.

License terms. Unless ShowSavant provides a different agreement, your use of the app is also covered by Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Your library, lists, notes, and the things you track are yours. When you share a title or list, you are creating a public link that anyone with it can view, so only share what you are comfortable making public.

Please do not misuse ShowSavant: no breaking the law, no interfering with the service or other people's use of it, and no trying to access it in ways we did not intend.

ShowSavant shows information about titles, availability, and pricing that comes from third parties. That information can change, and it is not always complete or exact. ShowSavant is not the source of the shows or movies themselves, and watching them still happens through your own streaming services and stores.

We work hard to make ShowSavant reliable and accurate, but we offer it "as is." We cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date.

To the extent the law allows, ShowSavant is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app or this site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above whenever we do. Continuing to use ShowSavant means you accept the updated terms.
